Several Items of Business that need to be taken care of this week. We apologize for the long email, but it was either a long email or several emails. Please bear with us!

Time Trials are THIS Saturday.  Please be at the pool at 3:40.  We are going to have pizza and drinks ($3/person) afterwards.  This will be a great experience for the new swimmers to see how a meet is run.  Afterwards will be an excellent opportunity to get to know other parents and swimmers on the team. Please RSVP (or send regrets) so we can get a head count for people coming.

Tshirt orders are due.  If you would like any tshirts other than the 1 for your swimmer, please let Landa or Katie know  (or reply to this email) by tomorrow at the end of practice.  Regular tshirts are $10 and tank tops are $12. 

We are also in need of fabric donations.  The team will be making and selling cool neck wraps.  We need people willing to donate fabric, cut strips (needing to make 4.5 inch by ~45 inch strips), and people willing to sew.  If you are willing to help, please let us know. 

Finally, we are also hoping to raffle off some theme baskets.  If you have something you would be willing to donate for the raffle, please let Katie or Landa know (or again just reply to the email).  Once we get responses, we will send out another more detailed list asking for more specific items.  We plan to raffle a couple baskets off (along with selling the neck wraps) at each home meet.
