If you have not been timed, you MUST show up to practice today!  If you are unable to make your regular practice, come ANYTIME between 5 and 7 pm.  Talk to Coach Lea and she will have someone get your times.  Parents,  if you have older swimmers that typically do not show up to practice, please make every effort to get them there tonight.
