    Divisional Information

    To get ready for Divisional's this weekend
    Everyone needs to bring clothes for drag swimming this week in practice .
    Info on drag swimming:

    Drag in swimming is the swimmer wears clothes ( example.. T- shirt, shorts, several bathing suits or a drag suit ) over your regular bathing suit during practice. This gives the swimmer  a resistance in the water or a drag feeling when swimming. This helps before a big competition so when the swimmer swims their races in only their regular suit they are and feel lighter and will go faster for their races.
    This week I would like everyone to bring clothes to swim in for drag to help give them an edge for divisional's this weekend. 
    Also pay attention to what you eat this week. Try and stay away from junk food. Load up on good carbs,protein, fruit, veggies and lots of water!!

    Cuda Carb Night will be Thursday starting at 6:30.   Please bring a carb loaded dish (rice, beans, pasta, potatoes, etc..) to share.  There will be tea, lemonade, salad and bread provided by the team.  If you have window paint for cars (or bars of soap work too), please bring those as we will decorate cars and then parade through the neighborhood before eating.

    Swim-a-thon participants, please start bringing your collected money to practice.  All money must be turned in by Thursday to Katie Rohe if it is to count toward prize totals.
