Swim Team practices will begin Monday April 28th.  Age group practice times are as follows:

11 and up       5 - 6 PM

6 and under    6 -6:30 PM

7 - 10's           6:30 - 7:15

There will be a brief parent meeting in the back pavilion during each practice. D &J Sports will also be there on Monday selling team suits, goggles, and other swim accessories.  

There are still a few NWAL classes left if you are interested in becoming a certified official.  You will have to create a quick profile to view the class schedule at nwalcertified.org .

The water will be cold next week, so warming your swimmer after practice is a priority.  They will warm quicker if you get a hat/cap on their head and socks on their feet as soon as they towel off.  Have a blessed weekend and I hope to see you all Monday---Landa
