Howdy Folks,

We are just a month away from our annual cook-off and fundraiser. Last year was successful but with your help, this year can be even better! You will find attached a registration packet & rules and regulations for cook-off teams and a flyer with a bit of information on it about the events that will be taking place that weekend. Please print them out and pass them to your friends, co-workers and family.

 

We will be having vendors this year again. So far we have a Scentsy and Avon vendor. If you know of any other vendors that would be interested in coming out this year, have them contact me at 281-543-4048 or [email protected] for more info and booking.

 

We have a list of items needed to help with the event. It is as follows:

Volunteers, Cook-off Teams, Venders, Drink Donations, Raffle Items and more Volunteers
