Congratulations Cudas!  You got the first win of the season, let's keep getting faster and stronger as a team!  Set your goals. Do you want to make Red, White and Blue? How about Ponderosa? Let's all go!

  Team Pictures are tomorrow!  We will begin around 5:15 and take the team picture at 6PM.  The order form is attached and I will have printed copies for you also.  You can make checks payable to N the Zone or pay with cash or credit card. Please wear your suit and we will hand out t-shirts before pictures.  If you have not paid for your additional shirts or made your payment for swim team, please do this tomorrow.  There are no practices tomorrow - just pictures.

Our meet this Saturday is a home meet against Heatherwood, so we will have meet set up and pep rally on Friday. We will have early warm ups again, so we will be at the pool by 7:05. Plan to come early and stay late to play!
