Congratulations Cudas!  You have your first win of the season!  Let's work hard this week at practice and get faster and stronger as a team!  Set your goals.  Do you want to make Red, White and Blue?  How about Ponderosa?  Let's all go!

Tomorrow is team picture day.  We will begin around 5:15 and take the team picture at 6PM.  Please try to make it!  Wear your team suit and we will hand out t-shirts before pictures.  If you ordered extra shirts, please make sure you have paid for them (and paid your swim fees!) There are no practices tomorrow, just pictures.  The order form is attached and I will have some copies available.  Please make checks payable to "N the Zone" or you may pay by cash or card.

Our meet this Saturday is a HOME meet against Heatherwood.  We will have pep rally and meet set up on Friday evening.  We will also have early warm ups on Saturday.  Be at the pool ready to swim by 7:05.  It's Memorial Day weekend, so come early and plan to stay late and play.
