Hey Cudas!

We will be hosting one practice for all age groups Monday-Thursday at 9:00AM for the RWB and Ponderosa invitational meets. If you are attending either of these meets then come to practice. Each day we will be working on a different stroke each day:

Monday- Fly

Tuesday- Back

Wednesday- Breast

Thursday- Free

Please attend the practices for the strokes you are swimming at the meets.

Also, if you are swimming these meets please bring your entry fees ($5 per event) to the practices, and if you have not yet paid for summer thunder that needs to be done by Thursday.
