A lot of info is in this email, so please read all the way to the end!

First up, Pictures.  Pictures will be tomorrow starting around 4:30.  If you can come a little early, then we will be able to check paperwork (and hopefully pass out team shirts but they are not in my possession as of yet).  We will take the team picture right at 5:15 and will finish up individuals after that.  If you bring your form already filled out, that will help smooth the transitions and make the pictures run quickly for everyone.

Next, the Pep Rally... We will have a combined practice after pictures with some relay games and such mixed in.  Starting around 6:30-6:45 we will do dinner like we did last week.  I am still needing one parent volunteer for a dish tomorrow night.  It does not need to be fancy.  If you are willing to pick up a couple of Little Caesar's pizzas even, then let me know!  

Third on the list, Saturday's meet.  We will be swimming against Prestonwood at their back pool.  We will need to be there around 7:20.  If you were here last year, you might remember that parking is along the street and we have to avoid blocking driveways and mailboxes.  We set up outside the pool fence in the parking lot area.  The pool address is 14533 Ravenhurst Lane, Houston TX 77070.  We are in need of parent volunteers, so please remember to sign up tomorrow so we don't have to beg on Saturday morning.  

Finally, our swim team is mainly funded by sponsors and donors.  We try really hard to keep the costs down for the families, but we do ask that you help us look for sponsors and other companies willing to donate to the club.  The Barracuda Boosters is a 501c(3) organization that helps to provide the swimmers with equipment, our awesome coach, t-shirts, relay fees for invitationals, etc... It is a tax deductible donation and we will give donors a receipt for tax purposes and their records.  If you know of anyone that would be willing to make a donation, please talk to them about it.  We have all of the tax paperwork if you need it.  Also if your company has a matching program, please consider setting up an account through them.
