CCRA Annual meeting and Halloween party.

 

Annual meeting from 2:30 to 4:00 PM we discuss how the year went and what we need to work on for next year as well as elect any officers for positions that need to be filled.

 

Halloween party 4:30 to 8:00 PM

Trunk r treat 7:00 to 8:00 pm in the parking lot.

As we discussed it would be nice to have some off-season activities at the pool so for October we will have a Halloween party for all members and guests. I am going to talk to the residents of Tower Oaks since we do not get a lot of trick or treaters in our subdivision about coming to the pool and setting up in the parking lot at 7:00 PM for a trunk or treat. The kids can go around and trick or treat in the parking lot. We can also add more game and activities. I am going to reach out to several youth groups about possibly getting some volunteers to help.

 

I am hoping to make this a pretty big event we will have a planning meeting at the pool on October 3rd at 6:30 PM
