Good afternoon Barracudas!

This Saturday, our meet will be at the Hearthstone Heatwaves. The Hearthstone Heatwaves' Pool is located at 7615 Ameswood Road, Houston, Texas 77095 in the Hearthstone Country Club.

Parking is only permitted in the lower lot of the country club facing the pool as well as street parking is only permitted on one side of the street (GREEN HIGHLIGHTED AREA). Please only park on Ameswood ROAD and not along Ameswood DRIVE. 

No parking is allowed in the patio homes private drive (homes next to the club). See the PINK HIGHLIGHTED AREA on the map. This area is Ameswood Drive.  See attached map for clarity.

Tent setups can only be outside the pool fence on the grass. An area for coaches will be reserved inside the pool deck area next to the pool.

Warm-up will begin at 7:45; please plan to arrive early to get settled and circled in.

Volunteers - Thank you for signing up for a job if you have already done so. If you haven't yet, please sign up through your Swimtopia account.  Pre-meet meetings are listed below:

• Officials Meeting is at 8:05 am is on the pool deck under the white tent between the kiddie pool and the swimming pool.
• Timers & Scribes meeting is at 8:15 am is on the pool deck between the kiddie pool and the swimming pool.
• Ready Bench Meeting for all ready bench volunteers is at 8:15am on the pool deck next to the diving board.

Concessions will be available, including breakfast tacos, hamburgers, pulled pork sandwiches, drinks and snacks.

It is a 5-lane, 25 yard pool, with blocks on the deep end which is similar to how our pool is setup. They are a smaller team, so swim fast, 'Cudas!!  We can do this!
