    Good evening!

    Pentatholon reminders:

    10 and Under (AM Session) Warm Up - Lane 2 - 7:40-8AM

    11 and up (PM Session) Warm Up - Lane 3 - 12:05-12:30PM

    CUDAS need 3 timers in lane 7 for the morning session (AM) for the meet to begin.

    Please bring water and cool drinks to stay hydrated; it's going to be another hot one.

    There is inside set up for teams. Not sure what this will look like, but I am sure we have a few experienced parents that can help us out!
