The first day of practice is finally here!  Attached is an updated roster with practice times.  Make sure you bring warm clothes for your swimmers after they get out of the pool (stick them in the dryer with their towel and then put them in a warm cooler).  The water is on the chilly side! Encourage your child to participate the best they can, and do not get upset with them if they refuse to get in.  They will eventually!

Also, don't forget any sponsorship information and your registration fees.  When you get to the pool today, you will see a picnic table on the playground side.  Check in there first.  We will have a parent meeting during each practice.  It will be short.

One more reminder that today (and honestly the entire week) will be crazy.  Please pack extra patience and grace as we get to know these swimmers and settle into a routine.
