Hey Cudas!

It is finally that time!! Swim practice starts tomorrow 4/16/19!!! The swim times are as followed:

4:30-5:30: Gold

5:30-6:00: Copper

6:00-6:45: Both Silver and Bronze

Gold: Swimmers that are legal in all 4 strokes and will focus on speed and endurance

Silver: Swimmers that can swim independently and are striving to become legal in butterfly and breaststroke.

Bronze: Swimmers that can successfully complete 25 meters (free or back), and will focus on building stroke technique

Copper: Swimmers that are not yet independent in the water

If you are not sure which time you should be at contact myself or Coach Melissa and we will get you in the right time!
