All,

Not only will we be racing against 6 other teams on Saturday, we also may be racing against the weather.  To avoid as much confusion and rescheduling as possible, it was voted on at the divisional meeting to begin the meet at 8am.  So here is what you need to know.

1.  All swimmers need to be at Stone Creek (6722 Spring Creek DR 77084) by 7am.  You need to have your blue cards picked up and be ready for warmups.

2.  Attached is a traffic flow map.  There is a drop off zone to drop off your tent, your swimmers, and the family along with a shuttle that will bring you from the parking area to the pool.  The grassy parking lot is located off 529 and you access it through the Langham Creek Church of Christ parking lot.  There will be signs directing you.

3.  On the parking map, there is absolutely no parking on any street that has a red X on it.  You will get towed, or at the very least have the cops called to ask you to move your car.

4.  We still need timers/scribes signed up for the meet. Please log in and signup tonight.  We will also need a few parents to help sell our cool wrap neckties during the meet.  Again, if we divide into shifts, this job is pretty easy!

5.  We need someone willing to take 5 ready benches and 10 plastic chairs to Stone Creek tomorrow night at 8pm. If you are willing to do that, please email me back.

6.  Saturday morning, we will setup behind the pool in the back corner of the playground area.  Look for the Cypress Creek sign.  

I think that is it for now.  Don't forget about the movie tomorrow!  We are meeting INSIDE Studio Movie Grill at 10:30.  Look for Jennifer Wuellner (Allison's mom).
