Meet Info for Tomorrow
May 18th
The meet is merged and we are ready to go for tomorrow! Our pep rally tonight will be a true potluck, open swim (so bring your suits), and we will pass out ribbons from last week's meet! We will wrap things up at 8:00pm so we can get our swimmers home and rested for the morning.
We are looking forward to swimming at Enchanted Valley tomorrow (14910 Enchanted Valley Dr, Cypress, TX 77429). We will need to be at their pool by 7:30. Here is the information provided by their Team Rep. Please note that the concession stand is cash only and that the playground is closed.
Time Line:
- 7:10 - 7:40 Marlins warm up, 7:45 - 8:15 Barracudas warm up
- 7:40 Timer Meeting
- 8:00 Official Meeting
- 8:15 should be getting events 1-4 ready to take to ready bench
- 8:20 National Anthem
- 8:25 Send Heat 1-2/3 to start
- 8:30 am Meet Start
Parking:
Swimmers and their families should park in field to the east of the pool but may park on Enchanted Valley Drive as well, do not park on the side streets. Saturday is Enchanted Valley trash day and things will be tight for the truck if cars park on the side streets.
Set up:
CYC may setup on the North West Corner of the pool and on the tennis court if needed (both areas marked in green).
CYCs coach can setup on the north side of the pool in front of the bleachers and up against the ropes.
Playground is closed to all swimmers and family membersduring swim meets.
